Aqua by is revolutionizing aquacycling (also called aquabike or aquabiking) in Paris. How ? By offering different sessions to tone your entire figure. Each center has its own different universe, with coaches who are there to support you in your sessions. 

In one sentence, Aqua by is: varying the workouts to make the practice more fun and adapt it to everyone. ! A little extra, in each Aqua by center, sauna and hammam are at your disposal (well-being guaranteed).

Aquabike, aquacycling or aquabiking are different terms used to designate the same activity, consisting of pedaling a bike immersed in water. You can practice it in a specialized center or in a municipal swimming pool. But unlike cabin aquabiking, you are in a swimming pool where you participate in group sessions with a coach. Once installed, you will be partially submerged up to your chest.

Aquabike workouts provide almost complete muscle strengthening and improvement in your cardio. Aquabike is an activity that burns calories without attacking your metabolism, the movements are gentle and the joints are not traumatized. 

The pressure created by the water when you pedal your bike even provides a free massage to your skin, helps fight cellulite and reduces the feeling of heavy legs. This activity promotes blood circulation, thus allowing a draining action when you pedal (well-being assured after each session).

Ideal for maintaining health, getting back into shape or enjoying a well-being and slimming experience!

At Aqua by we offer different aquabike sessions adapted to everyone's level.

1. Aqua performing – For complete muscle toning, you can opt for aqua performing. A slightly longer type of session (55 min) combining aquacycling, aquaboxing and aquagym.
2. Aquacross – If you prefer the cross training format, you can go for an aquacross session. Divided into several workshops, you work each muscle throughout these workshops.
3. Aqua HIIT – To work on your cardio, aqua HIIT sessions are great. Sessions with active recovery at low intensity, instead of the usual rest periods, before going back to full strength.
4. Aqua CAF – To work the legs, abs and glutes, you can turn to the CAF aqua sessions (Thighs – Abs – Buttocks). Sessions that combine aquacycling and specific work using accessories.
5. Aquapalming – If you want to change from classic aquabike sessions, choose aquapalming training. You use fins and other accessories to increase resistance during movements.

Several Aqua by clubs await you in Paris. Three studios are located in the heart of Paris and another aquabike center is located on the outskirts.

If you are in Paris 18th, our center Aqua by Réaumur (Paris 3) is the closest, but you can also join us in our center Aqua by in Bastille (Paris 11).

To go to Réaumur (Paris 3) from the 18th arrondissement, take line 4 of the Paris metro towards Bagneux from the Marcadet-Poissonniers stop. After an 8-minute journey, all you have to do is get off at Strasbourg Saint-Denis and walk 3 minutes.

To go to Bastille (Paris 11) from the 18th arrondissement it's almost the same route: take metro line 4 towards Bagneux from Marcadet-Poissonniers station. Change line at Strasbourg Saint-Denis to go up to number 8 towards Créteil. Finally, get off at Bastille and walk for a few minutes.
